Yes — and we strongly recommend doing so. Seaplane slots fill quickly, especially during peak season (December–April). Once you have your flight details, email transfers@marinox.com or notify your reservations agent. We handle all seaplane and speedboat bookings directly, with no third-party fees.

Absolutely. Marinox has formal partnerships with luxury travel agents worldwide. If you are an agent enquiring about rates, commissions, or FAM trip availability, please contact our trade team directly at trade@marinox.com. We are members of Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network, and Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

Our standard minimum stay is 3 nights, rising to 5 nights for the Presidential Suite and during peak season (December 20 – January 5 and July–August). Shorter stays may be available in certain rate categories — contact our reservations team to check current availability for your preferred dates.
